CHAIRMANRt. Hon. Dumnamene Dekor
Rt. Hon. Dumnamene Dekor hails from khana Local Government Area of Rivers State. He attended Federal Government College (FGC), Ugwolawo in Kogi State; and the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State where he bagged a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geography. Rt. Hon. Dekor has detailed exposure and experience in public service in both the Executive and Legislative Arms of Government.
He was appointed into Khana Local Government Council as a member of the Care-taker Committee with the portfolio of Supervisor for Works from 2002 - 2003. He also worked as a Senior Personnel Officer with the State Independent Electoral Commission - Electoral Officer in charge of Ahoada East – between 2004 and 2006. In 2007, he was elected a Member of the Rivers State House of Assembly where he served as Deputy Speaker from 2008 - 2011. He also served as Commissioner for Works in Rivers State where he recorded notable achievements in helping the Governor Nyesom Wike administration to transform the infrastructural face of the State.
He had a brief stint in the House of Representatives after his election as Member representing Khana/Gokana Federal Constituency in 2015 before the judiciary asked him to step aside. Rt. Hon. Dekor however, got elected in 2019 and got appointed as Chairman House Committee on Host Communities.

DEPUTY CHAIRMANHon. (Engr.) Ikenna Elezianya
Hon. (Engr.) Ikenna Elezianya represents Owerri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. He hails from Umuafom Orogwe in Umunwoha Block of Owerri West LGA in Imo State. Hon. (Engr.) Elezieanya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Enugu State University; and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, he had a rich private sector experience before obeying the call to public service. In 2003, Hon. (Engr.) Elezieanya, popularly known as Uzondu, represented the people of Owerri West LGA at the Imo State House of Assembly.
He notably chaired the House Committee on Works, Housing and Transport and through the office gave his people quality representation. He efficiently served the people of Owerri West LGA as an elected Local Government Chairman in 2011, wherein he was also elected as the ALGON PRO in Imo State.
